Soundtrack:
Play the game disc in an audio CD player. The soundtrack can be heard on tracks two andhigher.

Tune radio:
Press UP when driving a car that has a radio to change stations.

Medial Emergency, Accuracy and Wipe Out Bonuses:
The medical emergancy is done when u destroy 2 medical truks or more fastly .... like a combo 
then wipe out is done when u destroy all kinds of cars fastly but this time u have 2 destroy  7 or 
more i think but there's only 1 place it could be done easly & it's at the resdential district south 
the zaibatsu are - after the tunnel- there is a vertical street - i don't know what's the name of the 
street - but it's recomended to do it with a tank from down to up then  the accuracy bounus by 
killing cops but i don't know if it's S.W.A.T cops or ordnary cops -i have done it with swat cops-by 
killing 4-5 cops in the heart -kill them by the pistol once-.
